As a Talent Marketing professional, I create engaging content to promote our talent brand. This includes producing videos that showcase our company culture, values, and opportunities. I also build relationships with organizations and universities for talent acquisition. I generate leads through Gong events with innovative campaigns that stand out in a competitive market. Furthermore, I publish articles on Human Rights Issues to position our organization as a thought leader. These efforts attract top talent and build a strong employer brand.

As an SDR, I created a customized infomercial to catch the attention of an enterprise prospect that had been elusive in the past. Drawing on insights from conversations with their VPs, I crafted multiple scenes showcasing relevant use cases, tailored specifically to their needs. This creative approach allowed me to engage the C-suite and make a meaningful impact in the sales process.

I love coaching people on their careers and have always enjoyed mentoring and guiding colleagues to help them excel. To make an even bigger difference in people's lives, I pursued formal training in coaching by completing the Co-Active Coaching Fundamentals course. Passion Projects

Having multiple passions allows me to bring a unique perspective to my work. Curiosity and a desire to explore different areas have shaped my ability to approach challenges creatively. My varied background has given me the ability to draw insights from different domains, bringing a fresh perspective to my work in talent sourcing, marketing, learning and development, and career coaching. This diverse range of interests and experiences has enriched my ability to connect with others, think critically, and come up with innovative solutions.

Though not a professional artist, I find joy in expressing my creative side through various mediums, such as painting, coloring in coloring books, and even using letters left on my car from a pro-birth protester to create a powerful women's symbol. This creative outlet allows me to reflect on the challenges and progress of women's experiences, showcasing my passion for advocacy and self-expression.

As someone with ADHD, activism has always come naturally to me as I am inherently drawn to listening to people's stories and advocating for them. In 2020, when remote work became the norm, I seized the opportunity to rally my neighborhood in support of our local Planned Parenthood clinic, which had been harassed by a man spreading misinformation about abortion. I parked my own vehicle in front of the clinic to prevent the harasser from doing so, and set up a donation sign for passersby to contribute to Planned Parenthood. It was inspiring to see my neighbors, high school students, and others follow my lead, and I've been grateful for the recognition and appreciation for the donations attributed to my efforts. I contribute to activism in various ways such as my neighborhood campaign, monthly donations, educational videos, and supporting causes through apps. I am committed to advocating for those in need and promoting positive change.

Apps Used

As an avid camper and hiker, I am committed to reducing my carbon footprint and demonstrating respect for the land by utilizing apps such as Treecard, which plants trees for every 10,000 steps recorded on my phone's fitness tracker, and Native Land, which helps me identify whose land I am on, among other resources that enable me to do my part in preserving and protecting the natural world that I cherish.

Educational Videos

After George Floyd's murder in 2020, I used my degree in sociology, criminology, and psychology to create videos that explained the historical context and reasons behind injustices in our criminal justice system and society. These injustices have a considerable impact on Black men and women, and it's important to acknowledge that the police force was initially created to monitor slaves. Let's collaborate to build a fairer and more equitable society.
